Overview
Learn how to add, manage and organize screens in your account.
1 You can see a list of all of your screens from the current Space here (List view). To see all screens from all spaces visit My Organization section.
2 Click on the symbols to the right to access Screen settings.
3 Search screens on the dashboard using Search bar or Status filter (Online, Offline, All) or sort them by name, creation date or status.
4 Click the below buttons to:
- New screen to set up/pair your device with the digital signage screens.
- Create emulator to create a software player directly in the browser. After clicking, a panel opens where you enter the Screen Name and choose the Aspect Ratio. The emulator allows you to test playlists and scenes without a physical device.
After creation, the emulator behaves like a regular screen: you can publish content to it and monitor what's currently playing. - Republish content to update the currently playing content on each selected device to the latest version. Select the screens you want to refresh by adding (or removing) a tick near them1 and clicking Republish content2 button again.
5Switch between List and Map views.
List and Map view
List view (a list of screens, that you see on the Screens landing page1) gives you easy access to all screens in the current Space.
Map view (below) shows physical location of screens on the map1 and also shows screens without an assigned location in a table below the map2. You can navigate the map to search for specific locations or use filters3.
