Payment methods & invoices and billing address

Accepted payment methods

We accept the following payment methods for all subscription types:

• Credit card (almost any)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Link
• PayPal
• AliPay
• Sofort
• Bancontact
• EPS
• Giropay
• iDEAL
• Przelewy24

If you want to pay by bank transfer, this is only possible for the annual subscription of the Enterprise plan.

Changing your payment method

Login into your account and head to the Billing1 section. Click on Update subscription2 button to change your payment method.

In a new window you can see your subscription details.

Click on a pencil icon1 next your card details to change the payment method. Or click on Add payment method2 to add a new one.

In a new window you can:

• 1 Choose an existing payment method from the list.
• 2 Add a new payment method.
• 3 Click on Update to confirm changes or on Go back to return to the previous menu.
• 4 Click on Return to ScreenManager s.r.o. to return to the Billing section in your account.

Downloading your invoices

Login into your account and head to the Billing1 section. You can find your invoices there.

Click on Open2 button next to an invoice to download it.

Changing your billing email address

Login into your account and head to the Billing1 section. Click on Update subscription2 button to change your billing address.

In a new window you can see your subscription details.

Click on Update information1 button. In another window you can:

• 1 Edit your billing information: email, address, phone number, Tax id (as applicable).
• 2 You can also add a new ID. Choose an applicable ID type from the list and add its number.
• 3 Click on Save to confirm changes or on Cancel to return to the previous menu.
• 4 Click on Return to ScreenManager s.r.o. to return to the Billing section in your account.
