Security Settings

In the Security Settings you can set up Two-Factor Authentication using any authenticator app (for example Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) significantly increases the security of your ScreenManager account by requiring two methods of verification.

From this dashboard you can:

1 Activate 2FA for your account:

1. Find and click on Enable Two-Factor Authentication1.
2. A pop-up window will appear, enter a name of your new authenticator (Authenticator Label). For example "My iPhone 16", click on Next and a QR code appears.

3. Open your preferred authenticator app, such as:

• Google Authenticator - Android, iOS;
• Microsoft Authenticator - Android, iOS;

3. Scan the QR code displayed on the screen or enter the code manually and click Next.

4. Verify Setup: Enter the verification code generated by your authenticator app into the new window and click Verify.

5. Your account now has enhanced protection with Two-Factor Authentication enabled.

The next time you log in, you'll be asked to enter a verification code from your authenticator app, ensuring your account stays secure.

Once the 2FA set up is finished, you will see a list of all authenticators on the main page2.
You can add new authenticators by clicking on Add New Authenticator3 button.
